HOW TO MAKE ICE BALLOONS

  1. Place the end of a 7″ balloon over your faucet.
  2. Fill with cold water until it is full about 3″ in diameter.
  3. Pull the end off of the faucet and hold it open.
  4. Drop a couple of drops of liquid food coloring into the water in the balloon.
  5. Tie the balloon and give it a few shakes to mix the color in.
