HOW TO MAKE ICE BALLOONS
- Place the end of a 7″ balloon over your faucet.
- Fill with cold water until it is full about 3″ in diameter.
- Pull the end off of the faucet and hold it open.
- Drop a couple of drops of liquid food coloring into the water in the balloon.
- Tie the balloon and give it a few shakes to mix the color in.
