The Neck Disability Index (NDI) is a 10-item questionnaire that measures a patient’s self-reported neck pain related disability. It was the first of its kind when it was published in 1991 in JMPT and was based on the Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Questionnaire. The NDI was reviewed in 2008 by the same author.
