To adjust the Temperature Limit Stop,with the handle removed, loosen the adjustment hex screw with a 7/64″ hex wrench and slide the screw to the highest position (See Figure A) on the metal stop tube sleeve. Tighten the hex screw. With the screw in this position your are accessing full hot water.

The Moentrol valve operates by pulling the knob out to control flow. Once the knob is pulled out to turn the water on, it is then rotated to select a temperature. Can a Moen 3570 be used with positemp trim?
