The Post-baccalaureate Research Education Program (PREP) encourages individuals from underrepresented groups or from disadvantaged backgrounds who hold a recent baccalaureate degree in a biomedically relevant area of study to pursue a research doctorate.

How long is the prep program?

4 Weeks of THE PREP is a training program created by Beachbody Super Trainer, Amoila Cesar. This program is designed to be a preparatory program so you will be able to do 6 Weeks of THE WORK or any other advanced program.

Is post-baccalaureate same as post-baccalaureate?

Should I do 4 weeks of the PrEP before 6 weeks of the work?

If you know how to modify exercises yourself, and already have a strong fitness level, I’d suggest going straight to “6 Weeks of The Work.” If you need instructions on modifications, however, “The Prep” is a good use of time, at least for the first two weeks before it starts to repeat.
