It’s cheaper to upgrade to all inclusive once you’re in resort and you can do it for a minimum of 3 days or for the whole of your stay. We’ve upgraded both times we’ve stayed and found it to be good value – it’s just so much easier as even a couple of drinks a day each soon adds up!

Can you swim in the ocean at Excellence Punta Cana?

The 450 contemporary suites are divided into six categories, and all have romantic jetted tubs, free Wi-Fi, and free minibars. Some have ocean views, swim-up access, or private pools. Upgrade to the Excellence Club for extra perks like better beach beds and a private swimming pool.

Who are the staff at Excellence Punta Cana?

Many thanks to Joendry, Juan Carlos, Hector, Emmanuelle, and Victor for giving us great service and wonderful drinks. The night entertainment was very good, particularly their Michael Jackson tribute! We made some new memories and friends during our stay and we’ll be sure to come back soon!

Where is excellence Beach in Punta Cana located?

Excellence Punta Cana is located on a huge, sandy stretch of Macao Beach. Technically it’s considered Higuey, an area that is largely associated as Punta Cana but is, in fact, just slightly north of it.

How many Jr suites are at Excellence Punta Cana?

No. EC has 12 Jr. Suites on the cascade pool. 8 on the upper level and 4 on the lower level. Non EC swim ups, both Jr. Suites and Suites are on the main oceanfront meandering pool. Of those I consider the ones in building 6 are swim ups. The others, again my opinion, are more poolside due to most having a grass strip between them and the pool.
