The best way to actually thin Vallejo paint is to use their own Airbrush Thinner. 25% Thinner to 75% paint (1 part thinner 3 parts paint) is a good starting point for a standard base coat. If it’s a standard base coat, I also add 2 drops flow improver for every 10 drops of paint.
